Full/Part-Time Behavior Therapist position
RBT certification required
We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Behavior Technician who will collaborate with our BCBA and implement child specific Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs. This includes analyzing data and tracking client progress for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental delay disorders. Our RBTs provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy and are required to collect accurate and immediate data into our electronic data collection system. RBTs are responsible for keeping; the children engaged, setting up incidental learning opportunities, teaching language, self-help, appropriate play, social skills, and providing reinforcement for desired behaviors.
Our BCBA will help guide you and provide the support and direction for each of the clients you work with, as well as support you along your career journey. As an RBT you will receive mentorship and coaching to develop your skills.
